EPA's nondiscrimination regulations prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, and sex in the programs and activities that receive Federal Financial Assistance. Promulgating these amendments will conform EPA's Title VI regulations with those of US Department of Justice and over 20 other Federal Agencies.
