This rulemaking action would amend the aviation economic rules by removing or updating any outdated references, definitions, terminology, and forms. The purpose of these amendments is to make certain the most current and accurate references to the law are provided within the aviation economic regulations. The amendments would not require substantive changes to the regulations. This rulemaking would make technical amendments to statutory references; update titles and addresses of offices; and remove certain appendices, sections, and forms that are no longer relevant.
