<p>This rulemaking would revise the operation of experimental light sport aircraft. The current regulations prohibit the use of these aircraft for flight training for compensation or hire, which, if allowed, would increase safety. This action would remove the restriction that currently prevents flight training and allow for it under the existing FAA letter of deviation authority authorization process.</p>
