This rulemaking would update the regulation to incorporate the most recent versions of: A Policy on Design Standards--Interstate System; LRFD Bridge Construction Specifications; AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications; AASHTO /AWS D1.5M/D1.5; 2015 Bridge Welding Code; Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Sign, Luminaires and Traffic Signals; the Standard Specifications for Transportation Materials and Methods of Sampling and Testing and AASHTO Provisional Standards.
