This rulemaking would resolve data collection and reporting inconsistency (data format, data field labels and numbers, additional data items, etc.) in the current regulation pertaining to the National Performance Management Measures for assessing Bridge Condition (referred to as the "Bridge Condition Measures") in 23 CFR part 490 subparts A and D with the updates to the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS).
