Title: Rapid Tire Deflation Test in FMVSS No. 110 (RRR) 
Abstract: This rulemaking would clarify the rapid tire deflation test included in FMVSS No. 110, Tire Selection and Rims for Motor Vehicles. After a recent review of the standard by the agency, we have tentatively concluded that the rapid tire deflation test is unclear as currently stated with respect to testing of towed vehicles.
