This rule amends HUD's regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Specifically, this rule updates HUD's regulations to reflect statutory changes to FOIA, current HUD organizational structure, and current HUD policies and practices with respect to FOIA. Finally, the rule uses current cost figures in calculating and charging fees.
