Executive Order (E.O.) 13891, Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents was revoked by E.O. 13992 entitled, Executive Order on Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Regulation (January 20, 2021). Given the revocation of EO 13891 and the public comments HUD received on the interim final rule, this final rule removes the new part 11 in title 24 CFR that was used to implement E.O. 13891.
