As HUD moves to implement a Final Rule for the Housing Trust Fund (FR-5246), the department also seeks additional stakeholder feedback on a variety of issues not included in that rule, including, but not limited to, amending regulations to streamline definitions, enact program updates, remove burdensome requirements on HUD and grantees, and revise regulations concerning tenant protections, refinancing, and qualifications as affordable housing, among other things.
