This proposed rule would establish requirements governing the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac public use database (PUDB), and proprietary information determinations with respect to it, based in part on the Department of Housing and Urban Development's existing PUDB regulation. The proposed rule would also request comment on whether similar provisions should be adopted for the Federal Home Loan Banks' PUDB.
