The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is will amend its regulation on minority and women inclusion by requiring the Federal Home Loan Banks and the Office of Finance to include in the contents of the annual report specified in subpart C of the regulation, aggregate demographic information concerning the members of their respective boards of directors as well as a description of their related activities during the reporting year.
