The proposed rule would amend the existing Community Support Requirements regulations (12 CFR part 1290) to provide technical and substantive changes to the community support requirements, community support standards, and review process, and as well as amend section 1290.5(e) to allow members prohibited from accessing long-term advances to participate in the Affordable Housing Program and Community Investment Cash Advance program, as a result of internal regulatory review.
