Per M-16-06, Implementation of the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 (the 2015 Act) and the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, section 701 of Public Law 114-74, NASA will implement the civil monetary penalty adjustment requirements of the 2015 Act. Penalty amounts in 14 CFR 1264.102 and 1264.105 will be updated accordingly.
