The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its regulations related to the administration of its Veterans Cemetery Grants Program. These proposed revisions would update existing grant priorities and post-award accountability measures for grantees. Additionally, this proposed rule would implement new eligibility requirements that are conditions for grants, new optional eligibility authorities, enforce new domestic procurement preferences required for grantee construction contracts, and make other clarifying amendments.
