The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is removing regulations pertaining to the COVID-19 Veterans Assistance Partial Claim Payment (COVID-VAPCP) program, a temporary program to assist veterans whose guaranteed loans were affected by the COVID-19 national emergency. Since the COVID-19 national emergency has ended and VA no longer accepts requests for a partial claim payment under this program, the regulations are no longer necessary.
