The Access Board will revise its regulation prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability in its program and activities under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. This regulation, which was last updated in 1988, will be revised to comply with current statutory requirements and will eliminate outdated language. The 504 portion of this rule will be coordinated, as required by EO 12250, with the Department of Justice. In addition the regulation will be revised to address complaint procedures under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
