<p><span class="normaltextrun">The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which administers the AbilityOne Program, are proposing to</span><span class="normaltextrun">&nbsp;clarify the Committee&rsquo;s authority to delete requirements from the Procurement List and and the ability to reconsider suitability of a Procurement List requirement when the Committee has reason to believe the requirement is no longer suitable </span>or the basis for the original suitability determination has substantially changed<span class="normaltextrun">. This proposed amendment would allow the Committee to more effectively manage the Procurement List.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>
