Staff is considering recommending to the Commission additional proposed rule changes to part 45. The proposed part 45 rules would integrate existing staff guidance, clarify and amend certain provisions, and streamline certain existing obligations. The proposed rules would consider and incorporate, where appropriate, recommendations from public comments sought under Unified Agenda item 3038-AE12.
