The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) is proposing updates to the definition of small entity for purposes of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) with respect to the major categories of entities within the Commission’s jurisdiction. The Commission will provide interested persons an opportunity to submit their views with respect to the proposed policy statement.
