This proposed rule would revise the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Privacy Act regulations to make technical changes to various provisions within its regulations in order to align with its change in administrative structure, remove superfluous verbiage, and correct inaccurate text. In addition, update Privacy Act exemptions for certain records in system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act.
