In the FY 2017 Operating Plan, the Commission directed staff to bring a Briefing Package and an ANPRM to the Commission on furniture tip-overs.  On September 30, 2016, staff submitted a Briefing Package.  Staff is currently developing an ANPRM to send to the Commission.
