On September 29, 2023, the Commission published a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to update the Commission’s regulations with disclosure requirements for persons seeking to make certain appearances before the Commission. The comment period on the NPRM closed on November 28, 2023. In fiscal year 2024, staff is reviewing comments and is assigned to draft and submit to the Commission a final rule package.
