<ADDITIONAL_INFO>In 2020, the EEOC asked the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine to examine the quality of the 2017 and 2018 summary pay data collection for its intended use and provide recommendations for future data collections. In response to this request, the National Academies appointed a panel under the Committee on National Statistics (CNSTAT) to conduct this task. On July 28, 2022, the CNSTAT panel issued its "Consensus Study Report." The report's conclusions and recommendations will help inform the EEOC's approach to future data collections.</ADDITIONAL_INFO>
