The EEOC proposes to amend 1610.4(b) to remove requirements that Commission offices (other than Headquarters) maintain and make available records in the public reading room. The EEOC also seeks to revise 1610.5(b)(3) to identify requirements for parties to request a copy of their charge files, and make other conforming edits.
