Abstract:
The FDIC seeks comment on a proposed rule to revise the rule the FDIC published in the Federal Register on December 5, 2016, that requires each insured depository institution that has two million or more deposit accounts to configure its information technology system to make deposit insurance calculations and to maintain information needed to determine deposit insurance coverage. The proposed rule would modify various aspects of the information technology system and recordkeeping requirements and matters relating to compliance with the rule and its administration. |
