<p>Pursuant to Executive Order No. 14210, <em>Implementing the President&rsquo;s Department of Government Efficiency Workforce Optimization Initiative </em> (February 11, 2025) (<em>Workforce Optimization EO</em>), the Foreign Service Labor Relations Board (FSLRB) plans to revise regulations to: simplify processes for resolving representation cases and unfair labor practice (ULP) cases. The FSLRB also intends to make other necessary updates to its administrative regulations.</p>
