<p>Pursuant to Executive Order No. 14210, <em>Implementing the President&rsquo;s Department of Government Efficiency Workforce Optimization Initiative</em> (February 11, 2025) (<em>Workforce Optimization EO</em>), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) plans to revise regulations to: simplify processes for resolving representation cases and unfair labor practice (ULP) cases, and close an office that is not statutorily mandated. The FLRA will also be making necessary updates to its administrative regulations.</p>
