The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) by adding terms and definitions for ‘‘marriage’’ and ‘‘spouse,’’ and by proposing to revise the definition of ‘‘domestic partnership’’.  This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
