The General Services Administration is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove GSAR clause Progressive Awards and Monthly Quantity Allocations. GSA's Global Supply Program previously used this clause to ensure they maintained the appropriate level of supply for certain programs. Due to an improved business model in the GSA Supply Program, GSA no longer utilizes this clause. This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
