GSA is seeking comments that can be used to assist in the development of processes and procedures for Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs). While FSS CTAs are frequently leveraged by small business concerns to maximize contracting opportunities and by federal agencies as a flexible method to meet mission requirements, they are not addressed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); FAR subpart 9.6 Contractor Team Arrangements does not apply to FSS CTAs.
