The General Services Administration is proposing to amend part 102-80 of the Federal Management Regulation (FMR), to clarify nomenclature, to reflect current best practices for managing environmental and safety issues in Federal space under the jurisdiction, custody or control of GSA, to reflect current laws and the regulations of other agencies that apply to the subject matter and to reorganize the subparts in a more logical order for better readability and clarity.
