The General Services Administration is removing appendix B to FTR chapter 301 that outlines the meals and incidental expenses (M&IE) breakdown table for deductions from the M&IE allowance for foreign and non-foreign areas. The table will be moved to the GSA website to be consistent with the way the table for the continental United States is only listed on the website and not in regulation.  GSA is also removing the Glossary of Acronyms, appendix D to FTR chapter 301.  The Acronyms are spelled out in text or are commonly known, such as U.S. for United States.
