The General Services Administration (GSA) is revising part 102-85 - Pricing Policy for Occupancy in GSA Space of the FMR to reflect changes in GSA’s pricing policy since the regulation was last issued on May 8, 2001.  The revised regulation will address, among other things, the building shell, the occupancy agreement, standard services and overtime utilities, forced moves, release of space rights, tenant improvement allowances, emergency relocations, and billing corrections. This rule will only impact agency public property.
