The OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, and NCUA issued a proposed rule to seek comment on amendments to the Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure applicable to adjudicatory proceedings before the Office of Financial Institution Adjudication. The goal of the rulemaking is to update the regulations to conform with current practice and technology. The agencies received no substantive public comments and intend to publish a final rule adopting the proposal.
