<p>The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) amends this rule to add a 60-day timeframe within which individuals may appeal or ask for administrative review when their requests to access or amend their Privacy Act records are initially denied.&nbsp; In addition, OPM amends this rule to exempt the OPM Central-9/Personnel Investigations Records, the OPM Internal 16/Adjudications Officer Control Files, the OPM Internal 20/Integrity Assurance Officer Control Files, and the OPM Internal 19/Investigative Training Records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act.</p>
