<p>This joint proposed rule with HHS would implement certain provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021.&nbsp; This rule would propose the form and manner in which group health plans, health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance coverage, and providers of air ambulance services would report information regarding air ambulance services; requirements on health insurance issuers offering individual health insurance coverage or short-term limited duration insurance coverage to disclose and report information regarding direct or indirect compensation provided by the issuer to an agent or broker associated with enrolling individuals in such coverage; and provisions related to enforcing requirements in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 on issuers, non-federal governmental group health plans, providers, facilities, and air ambulance providers.</p>
