The Office of Personnel Management finalized a rule that provides additional clarifications to the regulations that implemented the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, pursuant to the Postal Service Reform Act of 2022. The final rule addressed additional topics necessary for the continued operation and management of the PSHB.
