<p>The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) plans to promulgate, at 5 CFR part 8501, supplemental ethics regulations applicable to NTSB employees and Board members. The regulations will provide necessary definitions specific to the NTSB, as well as procedural instructions concerning the NTSB&rsquo;s process for reviewing certain requests under the relevant ethics standards. The NTSB has received comments from the Office of Government Ethics on a draft of this regulation.</p>
