<p>Congress passed the District of Columbia Courts, Public Defender Service, and Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency Act of 2015, Public Law 114-118, 130 stat. 9, on January 28, 2016, which allows the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency to accept new types of gifts and also provide incentives to offenders under its supervision. These new provisions require the agency to update its regulations at 28 CFR 804 and 28 CFR 810.</p>
