The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA) is amending its regulations concerning the Agency mission and components as codified in title 28, chapter 800 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). This section of the CFR pertains to the agency’s mission, functions and responsibilities, components, and field locations.

With this amendment, CSOSA will revise the language to reflect minor wording changes to the mission of the agency made in the most recent version of the agency’s Strategic Plan (2018-2022). In addition, CSOSA will revise the language to reflect a change to the title of sub-header (a) under the Functions and Responsibilities section, and office title changes under the Components section. The amended language will specify new office titles based on agency realignments made in response to Executive Order M-17-22, as well as executive level strategic decisions.
