The Office of Municipal Securities is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to Rule 17a-21 under the Exchange Act relating to reports of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).  The proposal would (a) permit the electronic submission by the MSRB of its annual and supplemental reports required by the rule; (b) require the inclusion of information regarding municipal advisors in such reports; and (c) make technical revisions to the rule to correct certain typographical errors.
