        <RULE_TITLE>Inflationary Adjustments to Acquisition-Related Dollar Thresholds</RULE_TITLE>
<![CDATA[SBA is amending its regulations to acknowledge and implement the inflationary adjustments resulting from Public Law 108-375 that mandated the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council (FARC) to adjust each acquisition-related dollar threshold on October 1 of each year that is evenly divisible by five. This regulation will refer the regulation's users to the FAR for discerning current inflationary adjustments. Referring the users to the FAR for viewing current inflationary adjustments avoids duplicating information readily available in the commonly used FAR and avoids an inconsistency between SBA's regulations and the FAR during the periods necessitated for processing changes to SBA's regulations. Specifically, SBA's amendments will address inflationary adjustments to SBA's "subcontracting assistance," "acquisition strategy review," "bundling," 8(a) business development, HUBZone, and service-disabled veteran-owned, small business programs.]]>
