This rule proposes to clarify certain duties and responsibilities that SBA employees have with regard to applicable law and the reporting of irregularities and establishes agency-wide restrictions on the granting of SBA Assistance to persons with a current or past relationship with SBA or the Federal Government. This proposed rule would amend part 105. Some of the proposed amendments make technical changes to the regulations by renaming the part, adding a purpose and scope section, and reorganizing the regulations for ease of reference.
