<p>In accordance with Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management, as amended by Executive Order 13690, Establishing a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard and a Process for Further Soliciting and Considering Stakeholder Input, U.S. Small Business Administration Disaster Loans that exceed $2 million for repair or replacement of a damaged or destroyed structure will be subject to the FFRMS elevation component, if required by the 8-Step Decision-Making Process under Executive Order 11988. The new rule will be added to the Disaster Loan Program regulations, 13 CFR part 123 (specifically 13 CFR section 123.205) to describe which disaster loans are subject to the FFRMS. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
