The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council proposes regulations to implement the Spill Impact Component of the Resources and Ecosystem Sustainability Tourist Opportunities and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act of 2012. These regulations will establish how funds made available from the Gulf Coast Restoration Trust Fund (Trust Fund) will be allocated between the five Gulf Coast States.
