The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation have announced their intent to issue a proposal to rescind the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) final rule issued in October 2023 (89 FR 6574) and replace them with the CRA framework that existed prior to the October 2023 final rule (and that is currently in effect due to pending litigation regarding the 2023 CRA final rule).
