The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (collectively, the agencies) plan to issue a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) final rule related to their July 18, 2025 proposal to rescind their final rule titled Community Reinvestment Act” published in the Federal Register on February 1, 2024, and replace it with the agencies' CRA regulations in effect on March 29, 2024, with certain conforming and technical amendments. The agencies also proposed technical amendments to their regulations implementing the CRA sunshine requirements of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and the OCC proposed technical amendments to its Public Welfare Investments regulation.
