The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board), together with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) expect to invite public comment on a notice of proposed rulemaking (proposal) that would make adjustments to the community bank leverage ratio framework that implements section 201 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.  The proposal would make adjustments to the leverage ratio threshold under the community bank leverage ratio framework and to the treatment of banking organizations that fall below the leverage ratio threshold.
