DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by providing a new clause with contact information for the agency task and delivery order ombudsman as required by FAR.). Specifically, FAR 16.504(a)(4)(v) requires that the name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, and e-mail address of the agency task and delivery order ombudsman be included in solicitations and contracts for an indefinite quantity requirement, if multiple awards may be made for uniformity and consistency.
