This rule will revise thresholds for the application of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) and the Free Trade Agreements (FTA), as determined by the United States Trade Representative.  Approximately every two years, the WTO GPA and the FTAs thresholds are revised according to predetermined formulae under the agreements to adjust for changes in economic conditions.
